Why this is custom

A two-room finish plan and a whole-home renovation require different drawing counts, sourcing time and coordination. The proposal defines every deliverable before you commit. Housewise does not provide permit documents, engineering, purchasing, construction management or responsibility for installation and trade work unless separately stated.
